ITS A SHAME HOW FILTHY UNIONTOWN IS ANYMORE. THE MAYOR DOES NOTHING TO CLEAN IT UP. ALL HE WORRIES ABOUT IS GALLATIN AVE. THERES MORE TO UNIONTOWN THAN THAT MAYOR. HOW ABOUT CLEANING UP SOUTH MOUNT VERNON AVE. HOUSES NEED TO BE TORN DOWN. THE SLUMLORDS PROPERTIES AND TENANTS ARE FILTHY. SIDEWALKS ARE UNPASSABLE FOR THE HANDYCAP..
EVERYWHERE YOU GO AROUND TOWN PEOPLE ARE USING THE SIDEWALKS FOR PARKING SPACES. SOME YOU CANT EVEN GET AROUND UNLESS YOU WALK INTO THE STREET.
WHY ISN'T ANYTHING DONE . YOU CRY UNIONTOWN HAS NO MONEY..SO, START FINING PEOPLE FOR PARKING ON SIDEWALKS, FILTHY PROPERTIES ETC..
PEOPLE RUN STOP SIGHN AND RED LIGHTS LIKE ITS NOTHING. PUT UNMARKED CARS AT THOSE SPOTS AND YOU WILL MAKE A TON OF MONEY ON FINES.
DO SOMETHING, PLEASE !!!

I have always thought that the police in Uniontown are a bit too lenient.
For example, Uniontown tends to put 4-way stop signs at locations where traffic tends to go too fast.
How about instead put some cops there and instead of punishing every single motorist that drives down that road, punish the guilty speeders instead, and make some revenue for Uniontown in the process.
I have been around, Uniontown isn't the cleanest town around, but no where near the dirtiest either.
