Has anyone noticed the buisnesses closing left and right recently? Besides the ones at the Mall (Hot Topic and Aunt Annie's being the latest casualties) we've had Altmeyers at the uniontown shopping center close as well as T-Mobile up there. Not to mention last time I heard, the planned Chic-Fil-A was cancelled because they did an evaluation of the area and decided that the workforce wasn't there and the county doesn't have the customer base to support a business like that for the next 5 years. I predict we may be on the road to becoming a ghost town in the next ten years.

The decline of our country has accelerated even in our area. It is sad to see and sometimes it's hard to get anything you need.

It appears that the commerce is McDonald's to Walmart and Target to Aldi. All others are just outliers withering on the vine.

The conspiracies of the Alex Jones types appear to be really happening.

The Coal Power Plant in Masontown was one that the TRUMP ADMIN tried to save but Was torn down post haste the minute the new admin took over.

It is being said in Conspiracies circles that ELECTRIC POWER will someday be rationed. THINK about how ridiculous that sounds to people who grew up around here. Yet when it happens, and it may happen sooner than later, remember the good old days.

LIKE WHEN THE UNIONTOWN SHOPPING CENTER HOSTED THE TRUE HOME OF THE BIG MAG...and for POLITICAL reasons there is a museum in PITTSBURGH. and A&P and Kresge's and Thoroughfare. along with TOWN and COUNTRY.

MAKES "SENSE" to me.

I have no problem believing there is a systematic dismantling of this country....at all. and the "economics" are being hurried when it goes against the common sense of million across the country.
