THERE ARE MA.... REASONS WHY THIS PERSON SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN CONGRESS LET ALONE BEING SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENATIVES
BUT RIPPING UP THE PRESIDENT'S SPEECH RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF THE WORLD TO MAKE A
CHILDISH POINT?
THAT EXCEEDS ANY SHAMEFUL DISGRACEFUL DECORUM ...FOR SUCH A REPRESENTIVE OF THE UNITED STATES

ITS THAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR THAT IS INDICATIVE OF THE DESTRUCTION OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY.
