TO THE PA NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERS: REMEMBER YOUR OATH AND FOLLOW ONLY LAWFUL ORDERS...REFUSE ANY UNLAWFUL ORDERS!

YOU ARE OUR NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS....DO NOT TURN ON YOUR FELLOW MAN!

MAKE SURE ANY UNLAWFUL ORDER U ARE GIVEN ARE REFUSED AND REPORTED BY ALL MEANS TO OUTSIDE SOURCES VIA INET ETC..SO AS TO AVOID ANY CHANCE THAT CERTAIN SMALL GROUPS WITHIN OUR SOCIETY THAT WANT TYRANNY ARE THWARTED AND REBUFFED!

WE ARE COUNTING ON YOU, AND PAYING YOU, TO HELP US BUT NOT OPRESS OR KILL US!

Very interesting.

I have always been against the using of National Guard in distant battles. At least to some degree this example you mention sounds more like what the National Guard is for, local domestic emergency situations.

I feel that is a type of mis-use of that resource to send National Guard abroad. I am betting that lots of National Guard recruits were under the assumption that their efforts would all be local and domestic, only to find themselves being shipped out.

I need to keep up to date with the news more, this one went right past me, thanks for the info.
